New York works on the hotel you choose more than any other city. Midtown and Central Park South put the park, the museums and the flagship stores at the door. Downtown, in Tribeca and the West Village, the hotels are smaller and the streets are quieter in the evening. The Upper East Side is residential and close to the Met. Rates peak in September and December and fall in January and February. We arrange tables that are otherwise impossible, theatre for sold out runs and a car for the day, and we will suggest the neighbourhood before the hotel.
