Andronis Boutique Hotel sits above the caldera in Oia, Santorini, at Nik. Nomikou. Room categories range from the 30 square metre Petite Suite to the 100 square metre Prestige Suite with Infinity Pool and Hot Tub, with the Eternal Suite the only category to face the open sea rather than the caldera.

Lauda Restaurant, the hotel's dining room, opened in 1971 as Oia's first restaurant and was once home to the village's only telephone line. It now holds one Michelin Star in the Michelin Guide 2027. Emmanuel Renaut, chef of the three Michelin starred Flocons de Sel in France, works with Head Chef Orestis Sotiriou on the kitchen's direction. Lauda serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a lunch menu, degustation menu, chef's table menu, vegetarian menu and a dedicated wine list. The dining areas are smoke-free and children under 13 and pets are not accommodated.

Guests have access to the Mare Sanus Spa, a few steps away at the sister property Andronis Luxury Suites, where treatments use plant based products, some certified organic. The hotel is positioned for travellers seeking a quiet, romantic stay in Oia rather than a resort experience.
