Dining is spread across several venues, including Kashiveli, By The Sea, Fini Foni, the Overwater Bar and an underground wine cellar, alongside produce grown in the resort's own organic garden. Private dining can be arranged around the island, from a beachside barbeque to a blindfolded four course tasting menu called Dining for the Senses, or a rooftop dinner on a villa terrace. The resort describes itself as an environmental steward and runs Gili Veshi, a research facility that doubles as an underwater classroom and hosts the country's first coral lines project.
