Jumeirah Emirates Towers stands on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai's Trade Centre district, a short distance from Dubai Mall. The hotel has direct access to the Dubai Metro and is, by its own account, the only hotel in the city with its own Metro station, a point that matters for guests moving between meetings, the mall or the airport without relying on taxis.

Accommodation is arranged across several categories: Deluxe and Premier Rooms with city and panoramic skyline views, Club Rooms with added Club privileges, Master Suites with panoramic bedrooms and bright living spaces, and the Signature Suite Collection, where guests are assigned a personal butler. Guests can arrange priority entry to the Museum of the Future through a private entrance, and chauffeured transfers are available to airports and around the city.
