Four dining concepts anchor the property: Kubu at Mandapa, built around a zero-waste philosophy with ingredients sourced within 100km; Ambar Ubud Bar, set on a cliff edge for Japanese fusion food and cocktails; Sawah Terrace Restaurant, serving dishes from the Indonesian archipelago by the river; and Dining Beyond, which moves meals to private corners of the property or offsite. The Pool Bar, The Library and 24-hour in-villa dining complete the options. Mandapa Spa sits along the river with five treatment rooms, a yoga pavilion, a meditation temple and a vitality pool, beside a 24-hour fitness center.
