Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca stands on the Punta Negra peninsula in Calvià, a few minutes from Puerto Portals and about twenty to twenty-five minutes from Palma de Mallorca Airport. The property occupies the site once home to the H10 Punta Negra and reopened with 131 rooms and suites, including 26 suites and nine private casitas split between four suites and five rooms.

Thirteen rooms and suites include a private plunge pool, and five rooftop suites add a private pool with panoramic sea views. Rooms range from the 26 sqm Sea View Room to the 296 sqm Three Bedroom Penthouse Suite with its own rooftop pool. Six restaurants cover a range of cuisines: Matsuhisa for Nobu-style Japanese food, Leña for Dani García's steakhouse concept, Jacinta for Mexican cooking, Sobretaula for Mediterranean tapas for sharing, Thalos as a Greek pool club, and Leppoc for all-day Mediterranean dining. In-room dining runs around the clock.
