Guests have direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Tomamu Ski Area, with private backcountry tours also offered. Other on-site experiences include UNKAI Terrace, for viewing the sea of clouds; the Chapel on the Water; the Ice Village, which appears only in winter; Mina-Mina Beach, an indoor beach with a wave pool; a snow sledding park; and horseback riding in the farm area.
