The Lana sits on Marasi Drive in Business Bay, Dubai, on the edge of Marasi Bay Marina. Guests have sightlines to the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, and the hotel is close to Dubai Mall. Dubai International Airport is around 20 minutes away by car. Interiors throughout the hotel, including all rooms and suites, were designed by Gilles & Boissier, who combine traditional materials such as stone parquet flooring with contemporary touches drawn from the city's urban landscape.
Dining at The Lana runs across nine venues. Jara by Martín Berasategui serves charcoal-grilled steaks and seafood cooked over fire in an open kitchen, led by a chef described in the hotel's own materials as the Spanish chef with the most Michelin stars to his name. Riviera by Jean Imbert draws on French and Italian riviera cooking, while High Society, set at the top of the hotel, pairs Burj Khalifa views with a menu of light bites from the same chef. Bonbon Café Angelo Musa is a Marina-side patisserie run by pastry chef Angelo Musa. The Gallery, in the lobby, serves breakfast, all-day dining and a reserved afternoon tea beside a grand piano. Veranda is a garden bar for cocktails and light bites, Bitter Honey a lounge bar, and Txakolina a cigar lounge holding more than 45 cigars from Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua and Honduras, with a vinyl soundtrack. The Lana Promenade adds further restaurants and bars along the marina frontage.
Dior Spa The Lana is the only Dior Spa in Dubai and the first in the Middle East. It offers treatments, including a Japanese-inspired full-body ritual, alongside a gym open 24 hours for in-house guests. The rooftop pool is open daily from 7am to 8pm for residents, with children allowed only until 5pm and always accompanied by a parent; non-residents may buy a day pass for set hours with pre-booking required. Rooms and suites range from the 56-square-metre Horizon Room to the 355-square-metre Lana Royal Suite, with the signature suites offering butler service on request. The hotel opened in 2024.
