The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman stands along Seven Mile Beach, divided between an Ocean Tower and a Resort Tower. Rooms range from Garden View and Resort View categories with a king bed or two queen beds to Oceanfront rooms facing the Caribbean Sea. Residential suites add a private terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, while Seven South, an entire top-floor wing of the Ocean Tower, combines a three-bedroom, 8,000-square-foot Grand Cayman Penthouse with four two-bedroom suites for nearly 20,000 square feet of living space and sleeping accommodation for 18.

Dining spans six restaurants. Blue by Eric Ripert serves seafood in a formal, oceanfront setting. Taikun offers sushi, Andiamo Circolo Sportivo serves Italian food, Seven is a steakhouse, and Saint June and Silver Palm serve Caribbean dishes, the latter also working as a rum and cigar lounge with live entertainment. Guests booking Club-level rooms gain access to a dedicated lounge open from 7am to 10pm, with breakfast, hors d'oeuvres and a hot buffet included.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Grand Cayman has been recently renovated and now includes vibroacoustic wellness beds, MyndStream soundscapes and treatments from ESPA and 111SKIN. Golfers can play the nine-hole, par-36 course designed by Greg Norman, which runs 3,516 yards along the North Sound, or use the island's only Trackman golf simulator. Families can visit Starfish Cay Waterpark or join Jean-Michel Cousteau's Ambassadors of the Environment programme, based at the Heritage House. Each January, the resort hosts the Cayman Cookout, a culinary weekend held across its restaurants and the beach.
