The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore stands on Raffles Avenue in Marina Bay, within walking distance of the Esplanade, the ArtScience Museum and the Singapore Flyer, and a short drive from Gardens by the Bay and the National Stadium. Every guest room and suite has a panoramic view of either Marina Bay or the Kallang River precinct, and each marble bathroom is fitted with an octagonal window, a design detail tied to the hotel's use of Feng Shui principles, which also run to more than 10,000 square metres of chromafusion glass with a mother-of-pearl filter and the Cornucopia sculpture in the lobby. The hotel also houses a large contemporary art collection: of roughly 4,200 pieces on display, 90 percent were specially commissioned and about 350 are described as museum-quality, including works by David Hockney, Andy Warhol, Dale Chihuly, Frank Stella and Zhu Wei.
Dining runs across four venues. Summer Pavilion serves Cantonese cuisine and holds one Michelin star; it has also been named a Tatler Best Spotlight Restaurant and holds a Meituan-Dianping Black Pearl award. Colony is an all-day buffet restaurant styled on British colonial aesthetics, cooking across seven live kitchens, with a Sunday brunch that includes unlimited champagne; it too appears on Tatler's Best Spotlight Restaurants list. Republic is a cocktail bar built around a 1960s theme, and The Ritz Lounge serves all-day dining and afternoon tea beneath a skylight. Guests booked into Club-level rooms and suites gain access to the Club Lounge on an upper floor of the hotel, which offers five daily food presentations, including breakfast, afternoon tea and evening hors d'oeuvres, plus all-day champagne and skyline views.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa has ten treatment rooms, including a couple's suite, and was the first spa in Southeast Asia to offer EPICUTIS skincare alongside ESPA body treatments; its signature Half-Day Luxury Spa Experience combines dry brushing, a hydrotherapy soak, a 90-minute massage and a facial. The hotel's 25-metre outdoor lap pool sits on a three-tiered timber deck with a pool bar, and the fitness centre operates around the clock. For events, the hotel offers more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and function space. Two suites are worth noting specifically: the 153-square-metre Two Bedroom Suite on floors 29 to 31, and the 219-square-metre Ritz Suite on the top floor, which comes with 24-hour butler service and artworks by Andy Warhol and Damien Hirst.
