The Siam sits on three acres of garden along the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok's Dusit district, next to attractions of historical and cultural interest. The property is furnished with art and antiques throughout, and its restaurant, Chon Thai, occupies a cluster of three century-old Thai teakwood houses moved to the site.

Accommodation is arranged across seven categories, from the 80-square-metre Siam Suite and Garden View Suite to the 100-square-metre Premier Garden View and Premier River View Suites, and the 130-square-metre Courtyard and Riverside Pool Villas. Every suite and villa sleeps up to three guests with a king bed or two twins, and comes with butler service, daily breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and a shuttle boat connection to Bangkok's central Sathorn pier.

Dining runs from Chon Thai's home-style Thai cooking to contemporary plates at The Story House, sunset views at The Pier, and poolside cocktails at Bathers Bar overlooking the river. Opium Spa offers facial, body and massage treatments alongside yoga, meditation, steam saunas and an Opium Den, and the hotel's grounds include a riverside infinity pool and a gym with a professional boxing ring.
