The Standard, Ibiza sits in the heart of Ibiza Old Town, close enough to the marina to walk and a short distance from Dalt Vila. The hotel has 67 rooms and suites in total, a figure that includes 14 rooms at Casa Privada, a standalone five-floor residence one block from the main building. Rooms across the hotel share a common set of fittings: beds with fancy sheets, rain showers and in some cases soaking tubs, air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, flat-screen TVs with Chromecast, minibars, seating areas, robes and Davines bath amenities. Categories range from the Standard King, which faces an interior courtyard, up through the Deluxe King, Junior Suite, Studio Suite and Plaza Suite to the 95-square-metre Castle Suite, a corner room with its own private bar and views over the plaza and the Ibiza Castle.
Casa Privada offers a more residential way of staying, with apartment-style Casa Suites that include their own living, dining and bar areas, and Terrace Suites on the fifth-floor penthouse level with a private outdoor lounge and private pool looking over Old Town. Guests at Casa Privada have access to the services and amenities of the main hotel.
Food and drink runs through two venues. Jara, at street level, opens onto the Old Town and is served daily from 8am to 1am, with happy hour from 6pm to 8pm, moving between a 340-square-metre restaurant, a terrace onto the Vara de Rey plaza and the surrounding neighbourhood. UP, the rooftop bar and restaurant, pairs one of Ibiza's few seasonal rooftop pools with views of Ibiza Town, the marina and Dalt Vila, a Latin-inspired menu, a sushi bar and cocktails, open daily from 10am to midnight. The hotel also arranges activities including a private boat charter, a guided tour of Dalt Vila and a guided hike, and hosts regular events such as a monthly quiz night at Jara.
