MUSA stands on the shore of Lake Como in Sala Comacina, facing the Isola Comacina and the Alps beyond. Rooms and suites look toward the lake or the island, and a terrace restaurant and bar extend that view to dining and drinks. The hotel is reached by road from Como, and the town's shops and other restaurants, including Locanda Tirlindana, are within walking distance.
The kitchen at ROTEO is run by two executive chefs, Robert Moretti and Matteo Corridori, whose menu combines Mediterranean tradition with international technique. The restaurant serves a daily breakfast menu, a Sunday brunch and tasting menus for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday. GAIA Bar, on a terrace above the lake, serves cocktails, small bites, lunches, dinners and pizza. MUSA Beauty, the hotel's wellness area, has an outdoor pool overlooking the lake, two treatment and massage rooms, a steam room and a Finnish sauna, with a menu of body treatments, face treatments and rituals.
Rooms range from the Superior Side lake view, at 20 to 25 square metres, up to the 83 square metre Junior Suite with a side lake view and a full kitchen, alongside the Deluxe Lake view, Junior Suite Lake view and Grand suite Lake view categories. Two private multi-bedroom houses are also offered: Eleanor, a two-bedroom house with its own lake view pool, and Florence, a three-bedroom house in nearby Lenno. Beyond the hotel, MUSA arranges private boat tours of the lake, including stops at the gardens of Villa del Balbianello, a Two Wheels Experience by Vespa or e-bike, water sports such as wakeboarding and waterskiing, and private cooking classes.
