Nobu Hotel Roma occupies a 19th-century building on Via Veneto, a short walk from Villa Borghese, Piazza Barberini, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The hotel combines the period architecture of the street with contemporary interiors and holds 117 rooms and suites, including the Nobu Villa. Room categories range from the Classic Room through to suites named Zen, Premium, Taiyo, Momiji, Sakura, Yuhi, Tsuki, Nami and Nobu, along with a Classic Accessible Room.

Dining is organised around Nobu Roma, where Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's menu includes Black Cod Miso, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Yellowtail Sashimi alongside Roman dishes. Breakfast runs daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, lunch from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm, closing later Thursday to Saturday. Aperitif service, called Tanoshi Hours, runs from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
