Rooms are designed into the desert topography to preserve the natural terrain. Under the resort's Family Plan, children aged 10 and older are welcome.
Dining is spread across five venues. Midian serves breakfast and dinner with desert views from indoor and outdoor seating. Edom View focuses on barbecue, with prime butcher cuts grilled over the fire. Pool Bar offers poolside snacks, drinks and homemade ice cream. Jamillah Bar serves Mediterranean-style tapas, light bites and afternoon tea alongside cocktails and spirits, and in-villa dining is available for guests who prefer to eat privately. The kitchen combines Israeli and Mediterranean influences, draws on produce from the resort's organic gardens and nearby kibbutzim, and while not kosher certified, avoids pork and shellfish.
The spa has six treatment rooms, a presidential spa suite, separate saunas and hammams for men and women, a 25-metre outdoor lap pool, an 18-metre indoor pool, a gym, a yoga studio with desert views, ice baths and an Alchemy Bar where guests can make their own spa botanicals. Beyond the resort, guided experiences include hiking and mountain biking through the desert, stargazing, a half-day 4x4 excursion along the ancient Incense Route, and trips to the Dead Sea, Masada, Mount Karkom and Petra in Jordan. Six Senses Shaharut was the first hotel in Israel to achieve LEED certification, reducing energy consumption by 25 percent, composting food waste and bottling its own water on site.
