Dining runs from the Grand Restaurant, panelled and coffered, where chef Fabrizio Zanetti cooks market-fresh French food with an international accent and holds 17 GaultMillau points, to the more casual Suvretta Stube with its Swiss and Grisons dishes under chef Martina Federici (14 points). On the mountain, reached by the Suvretta-Randolins chairlift, Restaurant Chasellas turns from a lunch spot into a 15-point evening kitchen under Marco Kind, while the Trutz restaurant stays open through the day and can be booked privately in the evenings. The hotel lobby and Anton's Bar anchor the social side of the house, alongside a Full English Suvretta House Afternoon Tea and a Chef's Table with Zanetti.
The Suvretta Spa reopens from December 2025, built across 4,670 square metres and 3.5 floors at an altitude above 1,800 metres. It holds a heated outdoor infinity pool, a 25 metre indoor pool, a children's pool, a Kneipp hydrotherapy area, several saunas including a ladies' sauna, a glacial cold pool, a gym fitted with Technogym equipment and treatment rooms using Cellcosmet, ilā and Sisley products. Families are catered for separately through the Kiddy-Club, Teddy-Club kids' restaurant and Kids Water World, and the hotel runs its own ski school and alpine sports centre, plus boutiques including Zegna and Fedeli Cashmere.
