Dining is split across three spaces. DOLLI·S Rooftop Restaurant, on the fifth floor, serves lunch from 13.00 to 16.30 and dinner from 19.00 to 23.00, with views over the Acropolis. Le Salon, open from 11.00 to 23.00, doubles as a small gallery, showing original pieces by Pablo Picasso and Jean Cocteau alongside design works by François-Xavier and Claude Lalanne and a set of 18th-century antiques, served with coffee, patisserie and canapés. Le Bar Secret, a library bar, pairs a collection of rare spirits, wines and champagnes with art-filled walls and rare books, and also serves afternoon tea.
