The hotel has 260 guest rooms and suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and many with private balconies framing the park below. Rooms are fitted with Diptyque bath products, Frette linens and Dyson hairdryers.
Four restaurants cover French and international cooking: Duet by David Toutain, a collaboration between two chefs exploring food and nature; Lily's, an international dining room inspired by the lily ponds of Thai homes, with a private Chef's Table for up to ten guests; Caleō, a day-to-night lounge with a cocktail menu structured around five historic social clubs; and the Pool Bar, overlooking the pool and Lumpini Park. The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge occupies level 23, offering a hot buffet, afternoon tea for a fee, and continuous food and drink through the day, with a private meeting room and personalised service for Club-level guests.
Signature suites run from 102 to 439 square metres. The Amaranth Suite has two balconies and more than 127 square metres of space; the three-bedroom Ritz-Carlton Suite covers 439 square metres with three marble bathrooms, a private whirlpool and a full kitchen; the Family Suite combines an Amaranth Suite and a Deluxe Double Room behind a private entrance across 177 square metres. The Ritz-Carlton Spa is built around three pillars, mind, body and skin, using ESPA products alongside traditional Thai techniques, with a Himalayan salt room, steam, sauna and private treatment suites. The hotel does not permit smoking indoors, does not allow durian fruit in guest rooms, and cannot accommodate pets.
