Club-level rooms carry access to the Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, open daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, with breakfast, hors d'oeuvres and an a la carte menu served at set hours, plus beer, wine and cocktails included. Spa Soul has eight treatment rooms, a 17-metre indoor pool, a Turkish Hammam and a couple's Hammam suite. An outdoor infinity pool operates seasonally on the roof, and the fitness centre is fitted with Technogym equipment and open around the clock.
Meeting space totals close to 26,000 square feet across five meeting rooms, a boardroom and a ballroom that divides into three sections. The hotel holds Green Key certification and runs a linen and towel programme that reduces how often items are laundered. In the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2026, readers named it Best City Hotel in Istanbul, ranked it sixth among Best City Hotels in Europe, and placed it 95th among the World's Top 100 Hotels.
