Rooms in the Palace Wing include the Luxury Room, a windowless space of 33 square metres set within the historic wing, and the Luxury Grande Room, available with either a city or sea view through a bay window and butler-on-call service. Taj Club rooms occupy higher floors at 37 square metres, with access to the Taj Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails, plus a one-way airport transfer. Dining runs from Loya, serving cuisine from North India, to Wasabi by Morimoto, a Japanese restaurant created with chef Masaharu Morimoto, and Golden Dragon, India's first Chinese restaurant, now in its sixth decade of service.

The J Wellness Circle spa offers Ayurvedic and yoga-based treatments alongside an Ayurveda Sanctuary, and the hotel keeps an outdoor pool, a salon and a 24-hour fitness centre.
