The Main Hotel is arranged across seven white buildings set around a garden and a pool, holding 31 rooms, 9 suites and a single Mansion suite.
Three further accommodation groups extend the property. The Hilltop Rooms & Suites occupy three whitewashed buildings 250 metres from the main complex, with 26 rooms and suites, a private outdoor terrace, a swimming pool and a complimentary shuttle to the main hotel. The Waterfront Villa & Suites form a separate estate a five minute walk away, built around a single Waterfront Villa and three further suites. The Belvedere Villa Next Door, a one minute walk from the main complex, covers 344 square metres and can be booked whole or divided into three residential units.
Dining centres on Matsuhisa Mykonos, the restaurant Nobu Matsuhisa opened beside the Belvedere pool after meeting the Ioannidis family in 2003, set inside a mid-19th century mansion and serving dishes such as rock shrimp salad, yellowtail jalapeno and daily specials of Greek fish and seafood. Other venues include the Cocco Restaurant in Little Venice, the Pool Club, the Sunken Watermelon Cocktail Bar, the Belvedere Bar and the Belvedere Cellar. Guests also have access to the Six Senses Spa and a 24 hour Fitness Studio with a BOSE sound system and Uesaka dumbbells, plus the Belvedere Shop.
