Rooms overlook either the Florentine skyline and its historic monuments, or the villa's park, gardens and the Tuscan countryside.

Dining centres on Da Giacomo al Salviatino, a restaurant linked to Milan's Giacomo, established in 1958, serving seafood and meat dishes drawn from Tuscan produce on a panoramic terrace and inside the Sala Alfresco. The Rosa Bar serves cocktails and aperitivi in the villa in the evening, while the Pool Bar offers drinks and light dishes by day, set beside Michelangelo Pistoletto's art installation 'Terzo Paradiso'. Breakfast is served in the garden, on the terrace facing the Duomo, in the library room or in the Sala Alfresco.
