Guided programmes available to guests include a jungle and mangrove walking course, a daily talk on how Iriomote earned its World Heritage listing, sunset viewing on the beach with drinks and snacks, a seasonal Starry Sky Tour running October to December, an evening lounge on the terrace, and early morning stretching sessions near the mangroves. A shuttle service connects the hotel to Uehara Port, and activities such as kayaking and trekking can be booked directly through the hotel. Two restaurants serve guests: a buffet dinner featuring blue crab, pork ribs and chanpuru stir-fry, paired with Awamori served several ways, a buffet breakfast with brown sugar French toast, and an a la carte lunch of keema curry and Yaeyama soba. A takeaway Chill-Out box includes sparkling wine, crackers and Okinawan snacks for guests who prefer to eat elsewhere on the property.
Rooms include the Deluxe Twin at 54 square metres with a terrace and daybed, the Oceanfront superior at 42 square metres on the top floor facing the beach, and the Oceanfront triple, also 42 square metres, with a loft bed arrangement for three adults. The hotel has a pool, a spa and massage facility, an onsen and public bath, a cafe and lounge, a playroom and a meeting room. As part of its environmental programme, standard toiletries such as toothbrushes and razors are not placed in rooms by default, though they are available on request at the front desk.
