The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna occupies four nineteenth-century palaces on Schubertring, part of the Ringstrasse, next to Stadtpark. The hotel holds 200 guestrooms, including 43 suites, and sits close to the Musikverein and the Vienna State Opera. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by noon; the minimum age to check in is 18. Small dogs up to 15kg are welcome.
Four restaurants and bars operate on site. Dstrikt Steakhouse serves organic beef and has been ranked in the World's 101 Best Steak Restaurants. Pastamara, Bar con Cucina, is run under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Ciccio Sultano and was placed 26th in the 50 Top Italy list for Italian restaurants outside Italy. D-bar, a cocktail bar on the Ring Boulevard, has repeatedly been named the best hotel bar in Austria. Atmosphere Rooftop Bar, on the eighth floor, is temporarily closed. ANGATI Spa includes an 18-metre indoor pool with underwater music, a steam room, sauna and separate lounges for men and women.
Thirteen room and suite categories range from Deluxe rooms to the two-bedroom Presidential Suite, which sleeps up to eight. Signature suites, including the Symphony and the Albertina, incorporate original historical frescoes and partnerships with the Wiener Symphoniker and the Albertina Museum; several suites carry a Steinway & Sons Spirio piano that reproduces more than 1,700 recorded performances. The hotel has 900 square metres of event space, including the Crystal Ballroom, and was named a Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice property for 2026.
