Enchanted Island Resort occupies Round Island, within the Sainte Anne Marine National Park off the east coast of Mahé. The crossing takes ten minutes by boat. The park was established in 1973, the first marine protected area in the Indian Ocean, and includes coral reefs and one of the largest seagrass beds among Seychelles' granitic islands. Round Island belongs to the Inner Island cluster, the only mid-oceanic granitic islands in the world and among its oldest.
The resort offers five dining and drinking venues. Bounty Restaurant sits beside the main pool with views across the marine park and serves Creole-Seychellois and international dishes through the day. Reverie, set in the island's private library, serves Mediterranean cuisine for dinner by reservation, in an air-conditioned room with a balcony. Castaway Bar, also by the pool, has a tropical theme with vintage pub signs and antique travel posters. Sundowners Beach Bar stands on a small peninsula, serving cocktails and bubbly in the sand between four and seven in the evening, with views of neighbouring islands. Tresor Spa sits on the crest of the island, offering massages, scrubs and after-sun treatments in a secluded room suited to single or couples' sessions, with an attached outdoor bathroom. A gym on site has a treadmill, elliptical machine, exercise bike and free weights.
Accommodation runs across five categories: the Enchanted Pool Villa, Signature Pool Villa, Superior Pool Villa, Hilltop Suite and Hilltop Room. The resort's styling draws on the Seychelles of the 1930s.
