Rambagh Palace was built in 1835 and served first as a royal guesthouse and hunting lodge before becoming the residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur. The building retains hand-carved marble latticework, sandstone balustrades and Mughal Gardens from that period. It stands on Bhawani Singh Road in Jaipur, about 30 minutes by car from Jaipur International Airport.

The palace holds four restaurants and one bar. Suvarna Mahal, set in the original palace dining room, serves Rajasthani and Indian dishes amid Renaissance-style décor with 18th-century detailing. Rajput Room is an all-day multi-cuisine restaurant open from 7am to 11:45pm. Verandah Cafe serves multi-cuisine food from noon to 10:30pm. Polo Bar offers finger food and multi-cuisine dishes for lunch and dinner, alongside cocktails and whiskies. Steam, the lounge bar, is set in a restored train carriage complete with a steam engine and serves Mediterranean-style food in the evening. J Wellness Circle, the palace spa, draws on Ayurveda and the five elements of Jal, Vayu, Agni, Prithvi and Akash across its treatments.
