The Lanesborough occupies a grand Regency mansion at Hyde Park Corner, on the edge of Hyde Park and within walking distance of Knightsbridge, Sloane Street, Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Every room and suite comes with round-the-clock, dedicated butler service, and the hotel states it is the only London property to offer this in every room. Interiors mix Regency detailing with responsive technology, and no two rooms share exactly the same decor.

Room categories range from the 26 square metre Deluxe Room to the 73 square metre Grosvenor Suite, with several categories looking over Hyde Park, Wellington Arch or Belgravia. Guests booking a suite through the hotel's own website receive Suite Privileges: airport transfers, early check-in and check-out, and a jetlag massage. Dining runs through the ground floor: The Lanesborough Grill serves modern British cooking from Executive Chef Shay Cooper, the Library Bar pours from what the hotel calls its liquid museum of spirits, and the Garden Room is a cigar lounge with all-day dining on its terrace. Afternoon tea includes a Bridgerton-themed sitting, and Le Café LPM, a Mediterranean all-day restaurant styled on the French Riviera, begins a year-long residency at the hotel from September.

The Lanesborough Club & Spa, renovated under the direction of interior designer Alberto Pinto, is a health and fitness destination open to both members and hotel guests, with its own restaurant serving high-protein snacks, smoothies and juices throughout the day. Head Sommelier Jules Coppier runs a programme of wine dinners and tastings, and Head of Cigars Yeni Momblan hosts a monthly cigar masterclass. The hotel also offers House Membership and accessible rooms for guests who require them.
