The resort holds 175 suites, rooms and pool villas, with suites starting from 93 sqm. Interiors draw on local architecture and open to views of the garden or the Gulf of Thailand.
Ten restaurants and bars cover Thai, Indian, Mediterranean and steakhouse menus. Shook! serves Asian and Western breakfasts; Pak Tai offers southern Thai cuisine in a private Thai Sala; The Ranch is a steakhouse with dry-aged steaks; The View Dining sits at the top of the resort with a Mediterranean menu; Baan Talat recreates a Thai street market; One Rai serves Indian dishes; Sea Salt and the two Tides bars sit by the pool. Spa Village Koh Samui has eight treatment suites, two nail pavilions, a yoga pavilion, a barber pavilion and a lap pool with cabanas, with treatments built around coconut, local herbs and the Songkran Shower ritual. A swim reef, described as the largest of its kind within a resort in Southeast Asia, holds over 50 species of marine fish, with guided snorkeling and scheduled fish feeding. The resort has two secluded beaches, a beachfront infinity pool and a seasonal ocean swimming pool.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out by noon, and the minimum age to check in is 18. Pets are not permitted, and on-site parking is complimentary. Koh Samui Airport lies six kilometres away; Surat Thani International Airport is 142 kilometres from the property. Weddings take place at Sala Thai, an elevated pavilion with ocean views, with floral arrangements by Bliss Events Thailand. The property holds the Green Leaf Sustainability Standard at the 3 Leaf level.
