Janu Turks & Caicos is a beachfront hotel and residences development on the northwest coast of Providenciales, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. It is described as a continuation of Amanyara's story, sitting alongside Northwest Point Marine National Park, an 18,000-acre nature reserve. The property is scheduled to open in 2030.
The development comprises 12 beachfront villas, the majority built directly on the beach with jungle landscape behind. An accompanying collection of Janu Residences is designed for indoor-outdoor living, with each residence given access to the resort's amenities and its programme of activities. Providenciales Airport is around 25 minutes away by road.
Wellness sits at the centre of the plan. A Janu Spa & Wellness centre is intended to be one of the largest wellness destinations on the island, with group fitness studios, large spa houses for shared use, an IV Lounge, and separate spaces for training, beauty and recovery. Dining is built around what the property calls considered dining concepts, drawing on the energy of the Caribbean.
