Privacy policy

Joshi & Bamshtein collects the information you give us when you create an account, shortlist properties, send an enquiry or contact us: your name, email, phone number, travel preferences and the details of the trips you ask about. We use it to answer your enquiries, arrange bookings with hotels and suppliers, and keep your account working.

What we share

We share your details only with the hotels and suppliers needed to fulfil a booking you have asked for, and with the service providers who run our email and customer records. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open. Enquiry and booking records are retained for six years for accounting and legal reasons, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to privacy@joshibamshtein.com. We reply within thirty days.
