What we arrange
From a milestone birthday for twelve to a full resort buyout for a company of two hundred, we negotiate group rates, hold room blocks, plan dinners and excursions, and put one coordinator on site for the duration. You get a single invoice and a single point of contact.

How pricing works
We quote every groups arrangement as a written proposal with a single total. In most cases the supplier pays us, so there is no fee to you. Where a fee applies, for example on private aviation or complex group logistics, it appears on the proposal before you commit to anything.
