Terms of use

These terms govern your use of joshibamshtein.com and the travel agent services offered through it.

The platform

The platform lets you browse a curated portfolio, keep a shortlist and send enquiries. An enquiry is a request for a proposal, not a booking. A booking exists only when you accept a written proposal on the platform and we confirm it.

Proposals

Each proposal states the rate, the included benefits, the validity date and the supplier terms including cancellation. Rates are held only until the validity date. Benefits described as subject to availability are confirmed by the property at check in.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each proposal. Unless stated otherwise, hotel charges are settled with the property. Where we invoice, payment is due by the date shown.

Our role

We act as agent for the hotels and suppliers we book on your behalf. The contract for the stay or service is between you and the supplier, and their terms apply alongside these.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
