Why rates are not shown
Rates change constantly by date, room category and availability. Rather than publish a rate that may no longer be relevant, we confirm the strongest direct rate available for your exact stay and present it together with preferred amenities.
Response times
We respond as quickly as the request allows. Straightforward hotel enquiries are usually handled within an hour. More complex journeys may require additional time while we coordinate directly with properties and local teams, and we will always keep you updated.
Cancellations & changes
Every booking is confirmed with its cancellation and change terms clearly stated. If plans move, simply message us. We handle the conversation with the property or partner and take care of the change from there.
