The site notes that facilities at the adjacent resort are no longer available to guests, so Napasai now operates as a self-contained residential property.
The One-Bedroom Sea View Villa has a king bed and a Thai-style mattress in the living area for one child, a private balcony, and a terrazzo bath with a rain shower, across 62 square metres. The larger residences are built into the cliff, with bedrooms linked by outdoor walkways and multi-level staircases, a separate living room with a small kitchen, and a private pool measuring 4 by 8 metres at 1.5 metres deep in the Two and Three Bedroom categories. Sizes run from 400 square metres for the Two Bedroom residence up to 500 square metres for the Five Bedroom residence, with capacity for two to ten guests depending on category.
Guests can take breakfast daily, with the option of having it served in the villa, and the property has a sea-view fitness room, a spa offering traditional massage, and yoga classes at a rooftop Skydeck. Wi-Fi is available throughout. Samui International Airport is around 25 to 30 minutes from the property, and the front desk can arrange a private shuttle to places such as Fisherman's Village, Chaweng, Lamai and the Big Buddha temple, none of which are organised excursions run by Napasai itself.
