The Miami Beach EDITION stands at 2901 Collins Avenue, on the beachfront in Miami Beach. The hotel comprises 294 individually designed guest rooms and suites, including 28 private bungalow rooms and suites with their own terraces. Some bungalows are built over two storeys with decks overlooking the beach, and some include sundecks with private plunge pools. A rooftop penthouse sits above the main room collection. Rooms are finished with soft, neutral colours, marble bathrooms, large desks, mini-bars and fine linens, and depending on their position look out over the city, the pool or the ocean.
Dining across the property has been developed by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The Matador Room, the hotel's signature restaurant, serves food drawing on the flavours of South America, the Caribbean and Spain in a room styled after a 1940s supper club. The Matador Bar overlooks the pool deck, its walls panelled in American black walnut and hung with photographs from French photographer Lucien Clergue's Matador series, with a solid walnut bar at its centre. Further options include Market at EDITION, Tropicale and the Lobby Bar, alongside a Basement venue that houses a bowling alley and an ice skating rink. Two outdoor pools face the ocean, and a spa offers massages, beauty treatments and lap pool sessions.
Beach Club at The Miami Beach EDITION operates as a private members club for Miami Beach locals, with access to beach loungers, hotel amenities, pools, restaurant benefits and events. Residences at the property are sold separately, offering ownership alongside access to the hotel's services and amenities.
