Signature suites run from 102 to 439 square metres. The Amaranth Suite has two balconies and more than 127 square metres of space; the three-bedroom Ritz-Carlton Suite covers 439 square metres with three marble bathrooms, a private whirlpool and a full kitchen; the Family Suite combines an Amaranth Suite and a Deluxe Double Room behind a private entrance across 177 square metres. The Ritz-Carlton Spa is built around three pillars, mind, body and skin, using ESPA products alongside traditional Thai techniques, with a Himalayan salt room, steam, sauna and private treatment suites. The hotel does not permit smoking indoors, does not allow durian fruit in guest rooms, and cannot accommodate pets.
