Vila Vita Parc sits on the cliffs above Porches, in the Algarve, spread across 22 hectares of subtropical gardens. The resort was established in 1992 and belongs to the VILA VITA Hotels group, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. A secluded white sand beach lies directly in front of the property, reached by direct access from the grounds, and the coastline itself is marked by the rock formations typical of the region.

Accommodation totals 203 rooms, suites and apartments plus six villas, arranged across the Main Building, the Residence, Oasis Parc and the Spa area. Deluxe Rooms with garden or ocean views open onto a terrace or garden and are set across two levels; the Garden View category measures 40 square metres and sleeps up to three adults, or two adults and a child. Junior, Grand, Penthouse and Residence suites step up in space and view, while the two storey Oasis Suite Premium Rooftop adds a private rooftop terrace. Resort villas offer private pools and full access to the resort, and the Vista Parc apartments sit next door with use of the same facilities.

Dining runs to twelve restaurants and seven bars, ranging from the Bavarian-style Biergarten to Adega's Portuguese menu and Ocean, which holds two Michelin stars. The onsite Wine Cellar holds more than 1,200 references, described by the resort as the largest private wine collection in Portugal. Wellness facilities include the Vila Vita Spa by Sisley Paris, a Technogym Reformer Studio, a Health Club & Gym with an indoor heated pool, and a hair salon by La Biosthétique. Families are catered for with a creche, kids' club, teen club and playground, and the grounds hold six outdoor pools, tennis courts, a pitch and putt course and three private yachts. Meeting space extends to eight rooms accommodating up to 350 people.
