Overview

Zemi Beach House sits on six acres of oceanfront at Shoal Bay East, on Anguilla's north coast. The spa building at its centre is a 300-year-old Thai house, shipped from Thailand and rebuilt here as the heart of the Thai House Spa. Guest rooms, penthouses and beachfront suites are arranged around gardens and pools, each with a private balcony or terrace; some penthouses and suites add their own plunge pool and kitchen.

Dining runs across four venues. 20 Knots serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on the sand, with a daily breakfast buffet, brick-oven pizzas, house-made pastas and fresh lobster. Stone opens Thursday to Sunday evenings for a more formal menu built around seafood and premium cuts. The Bohio Bar & Sushi Lounge runs daily from midday to nine, pairing cocktails with a sushi menu in an open-air setting. The Rhum Room holds more than 100 small-batch and single-estate rums, with a Rummelier on hand to guide tastings. The week brings a Caribbean Beach BBQ on Wednesdays, Sunset Sessions on Fridays and a Sushi & Jazz evening on Saturdays.

The Thai House Spa includes a Hammam modelled on Moroccan tradition, a secluded Vitality Pool, and a Juice Bar serving raw pressed juices. A fitness centre and outdoor yoga deck operate around the clock. Elsewhere on the property: a Kids Club with cooking lessons, mermaid swimming lessons and treasure hunts, the Out of the Blue boutique, tennis, and complimentary snorkel gear and kayaks for the water off Shoal Bay. The hotel closes seasonally, from 23 August to 16 October 2026.

When does Zemi Beach House close for the season?
The hotel closes on 23 August 2026 and reopens on 16 October 2026. The reservations team continues to assist Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET, during the closure, with Guest Services returning on 6 October 2026.
What restaurants and bars are on site?
There are four venues: 20 Knots for all-day beachfront dining, Stone for dinner Thursday to Sunday, The Bohio Bar & Sushi Lounge daily from midday to nine, and the Rhum Room, which holds more than 100 small-batch and single-estate rums with a Rummelier on hand.
