Hong Kong is denser, greener and better fed than its reputation. The harbour hotels on both sides remain among the finest in Asia, the food runs from three Michelin stars to the best roast goose in a plastic chair, and the trails above the city start a short taxi ride from the towers. Three nights pairs with Macau for the day or with a longer Asian trip. We arrange the tables that need connections, a private junk on the harbour at sunset, and a guide for the markets of Kowloon.
