Above Pacific Place in Admiralty, this André Fu-designed hotel opens every room to harbour or city views, with Hong Kong Park at the door.
Upper House Hong Kong sits directly above the Admiralty interchange and above Pacific Place mall, with Hong Kong Park at the entrance. Architect André Fu conceived the hotel as a residential retreat, using natural limestone, warm timber and a restrained palette throughout. Admiralty offers a quieter, design-led alternative to waterfront districts, suited to travellers who value space and connectivity.
Rooms are arranged across five categories. Studio 70 and Studio 80 measure 68 and 78 square metres respectively, each with a king bed (Studio 80 also offers twin), a freestanding limestone bathtub and rain shower, and views across the city, harbour or mountains. Upper Suites extend to 114 square metres with a separate living area and a spa-like bathroom. The Penthouse is a two-bedroom residence of 182 square metres with two king beds and panoramic views, while the André Fu Suite, also 182 square metres, was created to mark the designer's long association with the hotel and offers a secluded space for entertaining.
Food and drink is concentrated on Level 49, where Salisterra serves modern Mediterranean cuisine with culinary direction from Chef Ricardo Chaneton of Michelin-starred MONO, and Green Room offers cocktails against sunset views over Victoria Harbour. Chef's Room, a 10-seat culinary studio within Salisterra's private dining enclave, hosts chef residencies and takes private dining bookings for groups of 8 to 10. The Tea Room on Level 6, designed with André Fu, serves tea, coffee and light bites through the day. Wellness provision includes spa and in-room treatments, a programme of wellness residencies covering longevity, Traditional Chinese Medicine, sound and chiropractic care, and a 24-hour gym with Technogym equipment, free weights and personal training on request.
