Sizes range from around 36 square metres in the Sea View Suite to about 58 square metres in the Two-Bedroom Suite with Sea View, which sleeps up to five. Several categories add their own outdoor feature: a jetted tub, a plunge pool or, in the largest suite, an infinity pool. A one-bedroom Villa with Pool sits at the edge of Mykonos Town, each with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, an open-plan living room and a private pool.
Food and drink runs across several addresses. YĒVO, open from May to September under Executive Chef Angelos Bakopoulos, serves Mediterranean-inspired fine dining from 20:00 to 23:00 and was named among the best restaurants in Greece by Toques d'Or 2025. COOZEST, led by Head Chef Olga Eleftheroglou, serves traditional Greek dishes made with local produce. Beefbar, overseen by Head Chef Yiannis Babalis, is a beach bar restaurant with a Beef, Reef, Leaf menu and an in-house DJ. The Valmont Spa, the only one of its kind on Mykonos, sits minutes from town, and the gym runs on Technogym equipment with 24-hour access. Cocktails across the hotel come from the in-house Bar Lab, where mixologists make their own infusions and syrups.
Beyond the hotel, Bill&Coo also operates The Coast Bill&Coo at Agios Ioannis and a set of Private Villas across Megali Ammos and Agios Ioannis, two, three and four-bedroom properties opening in April 2026. Evenings often end at the Sunset Lounge, with views over the Aegean and music from a resident DJ.
