Overview
Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita sits on Coastal Road in Beau Champ, on the island's east coast, bordered by lagoon and ocean. Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport is about 35 kilometres away, a 45-minute drive, and the resort also operates a private helipad for transfers. Port Louis and the seaside village of Grand-Baie can each be reached in around an hour by car.
Accommodation runs to fifteen categories across three groups. Six villa types, from the Garden Pool Villa to the Premium Oceanfront Pool Villa, each offer 105 square metres of indoor and outdoor living space plus a garden, a private pool and either a king bed or two queen beds. The Three-Bedroom Royal Sanctuary sits on the tip of the resort's private island next to Chaloupe restaurant, with 451 square metres of space, two private infinity pools and a spa tub overlooking the lagoon. Eight further Villa and Residence Rentals range from two to five bedrooms, each with a fully-equipped kitchen and private pool, the largest being the Five-Bedroom Oceanfront Residence with Pool at 830 square metres of indoor and outdoor living space plus a 3,230 square metre private garden.
Dining spans eight venues, among them Radici for Italian cooking, Angara for tandoor-driven Indian food, Awase for Japanese-inspired pan-Asian dishes, and the beachfront grills La Plaz and Ti Pwason, with 24-hour in-villa dining also available. The Oseyan Spa is built on wooden pillars above the Indian Ocean lagoon and includes a Thermal Suite, a Royal Spa Suite and overwater treatment suites. Golf guests can play an oceanfront 18-hole course designed by Ernie Els at the resort and a Bernhard Langer Signature Course on the island of Île aux Cerfs, which is also home to a beach reserved for Four Seasons guests, reached by a short boat ride.
