Hotel Café Royal stands where St James', Mayfair and Soho meet, on Regent Street in central London. The hotel has occupied the site for over 160 years, and its guest book includes Oscar Wilde, Winston Churchill, Princess Diana and David Bowie. In The Independent's inaugural Travel Awards, decided by 17,000 reader votes, Hotel Café Royal was named Best Hotel in the UK.

Rooms range from Superior Rooms of around 33 square metres to the Three Bedroom Dome Penthouse at 292 square metres, which has a private rooftop terrace and views of London's landmarks. Guests booking a Deluxe Suite or higher receive airport or station transfer plus up to five hours of chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce or Mercedes-Benz service each day, along with Michelin-starred amenities and round-the-clock personal service.

Dining is led by two chefs. Albert Adrià's Cakes & Bubbles serves desserts, pastries and Champagne, while Alex Dilling brings a modern take on French gastronomic cuisine to the restaurant that carries his name. Beneath Regent Street, Akasha Spa holds an 18-metre lap pool, a marble-clad hammam, a private Watsu pool, a sauna, a steam room and nine treatment rooms; Time Out named it London's Best Hotel Spa in 2025. For events, the hotel offers spaces from meeting rooms to a Grade II-listed ballroom.
