Overview
Jumeirah Al Qasr sits on Jumeirah Road in Umm Suqeim 3, its grounds threaded with waterways shaded by tall palms. The design draws on Arabian palace architecture, and rooms are dressed with rich fabrics and detailed patterns, with views over the resort, the lagoon or the Gulf itself. Guests can cross parts of the property by traditional abra boat, a slower way to take in the gardens and canals before reaching the pool or beach.
Accommodation is arranged across four categories: Rooms, Club rooms, Suites and Signature Suites. Club rooms come with access to a Club Lounge, and the Signature Suites are styled around themes drawn from the Arabian Nights. Dining runs to ten venues covering Thai, Lebanese, Indian, French and international kitchens, several set beside the water, though a number are listed as temporarily closed or opening soon at time of writing.
Families are catered for with a dedicated kids' club, Jumeirah Circle, and a turtle rehabilitation programme that lets guests see rescued sea turtles before their return to the ocean. Talise Spa is set among tropical gardens and the resort's waterways, with treatments including a signature hammam ritual, Reformer Pilates and advanced recovery therapies.
