Overview
The camp is inside Mara North, a private conservancy of three hundred square kilometres bordering the national reserve, where the number of vehicles at any sighting is limited to five and night drives and walking safaris are allowed. Twelve tents on raised decks face the Oloololo escarpment, each with a proper bed, a copper bath and a veranda. Game drives leave at dawn and late afternoon in open sided vehicles with a guide and a Maasai spotter; the same team stays with you for the whole visit. Between July and October the migration herds move through the conservancy itself. Access is a forty five minute flight from Nairobi Wilson to the Mara North airstrip and a twenty minute drive.
