Overview
The Royal Mansour Marrakech occupies its own walled quarter on Rue Abou El Abbas Sebti, built as a private medina rather than a conventional hotel block. Guests stay in one of 53 private riads, each with between one and four bedrooms, decorated over three floors in traditional Moroccan handicraft, and topped by a roof terrace with a view of the Atlas Mountains. The riads are organised into five categories: Superior, Premier, Privilege, Prestige and Grand.
Dining is spread across four restaurants, each carrying a chef's own signature. La Grande Brasserie follows a menu by Hélène Darroze. La Grande Table Marocaine serves modern and traditional Moroccan cuisine and, together with Sesamo, the Italian restaurant created with the Alajmo brothers, was listed in the 2025 La Liste 1000 ranking of the world's finest restaurants. Le Jardin, an open-air restaurant by the pool, serves Asian and Mediterranean dishes including sushi. The hotel also offers afternoon tea in La Grande Brasserie, tailor-made private tables, and bars warmed by cedar wood fires. Le Jardin itself, with its pool, was designed by landscape architect Louis Vallejo.
The Spa Royal Mansour Marrakech covers 2,500 square metres across three floors, with a hammam, an indoor heated pool, ten treatment rooms, three spa suites, a fitness centre and a hair and beauty salon. Treatments draw on brands including Sisley, Leonor Greyl, Intraceuticals, marocMaroc, Subtle Energies, Dr Burgener Switzerland and the Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio, offered exclusively in Morocco. Families are accommodated by Le Jardin de Lila, a kids' club for children aged four to ten. In the 2025 World's 50 Best Hotels list, the property was ranked 13th in the world and won the Best Hotel in Africa award and the WhistlePig Highest Climber Award for the largest rise in the rankings.
