Overview

The Edwardian Manchester occupies the Free Trade Hall on Peter Street, a Grade II*-listed building that underwent a multimillion-pound refurbishment before reopening under its current name in 2018. The hotel sits in Manchester's city centre, within reach of the Spinningfields business district, Manchester Central Library and the shops and bars of Deansgate. It joined the Radisson Collection, a premium lifestyle brand, in June 2019.

The hotel has 263 bedrooms. Dining is split between two restaurants: Peter Street Kitchen, which serves contemporary Japanese cuisine alongside Mexican dishes in the former concert hall setting, and The Library, which offers a Parisian-inspired menu developed with Assouline. Peter Street Kitchen was named Best Culinary Experience at the British Restaurant Awards in both 2022 and 2024, and ranked fourth in the UK fine dining category of Tripadvisor's Travellers' Choice Awards Best of the Best in 2025.

Guests have access to a spa and gym on site, and the hotel can host meetings and events for up to 500 people. Manchester Airport is the nearest airport, around 20 to 30 minutes away by train or road.
