Overview

Aman Beverly Hills is under construction within the One Beverly Hills development, at the intersection of Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevards. The project combines a 78-suite hotel with a limited collection of private residences, set across eight acres of botanical gardens threaded with pedestrian walkways and native planting. The hotel, an Aman Club and the residences are scheduled to open in 2028.

Kerry Hill Architects has designed the buildings within the modernist tradition associated with Southern California, using a neutral colour palette and tall interiors that open onto the gardens. The residences stand in their own dedicated towers, each with an expansive terrace and a private pool, with views over the city from every angle. Owners will have use of wellness facilities within the residential towers, along with priority access to those of the neighbouring hotel.

Beverly Hills is one of the more recognised addresses in Los Angeles, and this project places Aman's hotel and residences inside a development organised around gardens and walkways rather than roads. Opening is set for 2028.
