Hotel · St. Moritz, Switzerland
GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ pairs a restored Art Nouveau wing with a purist modern wing, both facing Lake St. Moritz and the Upper Engadine mountains.
GRACE LA MARGNA ST MORITZ stands on Via Serlas in St. Moritz, Switzerland, made up of two connected buildings. The La Margna Wing is a restored historic property with original Art Nouveau elements and holds 47 rooms and suites. The Grace Wing is a purist, air-conditioned addition of 27 rooms and suites designed by the London architects Divercity, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing Lake St. Moritz and the surrounding mountains.
The hotel's dining rooms cover several registers. THE VIEW serves Mediterranean dishes, Beefbar brings the Monaco-born steak concept to the Engadine, and Stüvetta Moritz offers fondue in a traditional stube. N/5 - THE BAR pours cocktails alongside comfort food, and the LIVING ROOM serves afternoon tea by an open fireplace. Not every outlet operates throughout the year.
The spa covers 700 square metres, built from Engadin granite and cooled with glacial water. It holds a 20-metre pool kept at 26°C with a counter-current system, a separate whirlpool at 34°C, a Finnish sauna, an organic salt sauna, a steam bath and a gym open around the clock with TechnoGym equipment. Treatments draw on Aesop botanicals and myBlend's light and cryotherapy technology. Families are looked after at Moritzville, a 120 square metre kids' club for children from age three, supervised Wednesday to Sunday.
