The property traces its origins to 1870, when hotelier Antoine Sella opened the Grand Hotel du Cap on this stretch of the French Riviera. Today the hotel comprises three buildings: the original Villa Soleil, the Eden-Roc Pavilion set beside the sea, and the more private Les Deux Fontaines residence.
The hotel holds 111 guestrooms and suites, ranging from Tradition Rooms in Les Deux Fontaines to the Eden-Roc Suite, which measures 100 square metres indoors and 200 square metres including its rooftop terrace.
